At Cutters Point, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

Non-Returnable Items – Coffee Beans
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, coffee beans are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund.

Merchandise (Apparel, Drinkware, Accessories)
Return Window:
30 days from purchase
Condition: Unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method once items are received and inspected
Shipping Charges: Non-refundable

Equipment (Brewing Devices, Grinders, etc.)
Return Window:
14 days from purchase
Condition: Unused and returned with original packaging and all accessories
Restocking Fee: 10% applies to all returned equipment
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection, minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Return instructions and address will be provided after initiating a return.

Warranty Information
For equipment issues outside the return window, manufacturer warranties apply. Our team is happy to assist with warranty claims.
