Flagship Event Rental

The Cutters Point Flagship location is now available for event rentals, Monday through Saturday, 6-9 pm.

Event Rental Details

  • CP Flagship is available to be rented from 6-9PM, Monday-Saturday.
  • Space is available 30 minutes before and after for set up & clean up.
  • Space capacity is 100 people.
  • Rental includes staffing for coffee, beer, & wine service.


  • Event rental fee is $250 plus $60 gratuity. Tax not included.
  • 50% ($125) of the event rental fee is required at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation refunds are available up to 10 days prior to the event.


  • Booking is done with our staff and can be made by calling 253-858-8180.
  • Availability is first come first serve.
  • 10-day advance booking required.

Beverage & Alcohol Service

  • Host or no-host options are available.
  • Beer starting at $5.50, wine by the glass or bottle.
  • CP beverage hosts will be on-site for the duration of the event.
  • Per state liquor laws, all alcohol services must be provided by our staff.
  • Alcohol brought on-site will not be allowed to be served.

Food Service

  • You may bring any food items you like.
  • The beverage hosts are limited to only providing beverage service.


  • Cleaning fee included for the facility, lobby, bar area, & bathrooms. Food items and any utensils provided by guests are not included.
  • Any damage to the facility will occur additional expenses.

Live Music

  • Live music is allowed.
  • Band coordination and music licensing is the responsibility of the renter.
