Does Cutters Point Coffee assist in finding locations?
Yes, Cutters Point Coffee works with a network of brokers that helps you find a successful location. Traffic counts and demographic studies will be provided for all locations that are of interest. These studies along with your knowledge of the community will help insure that you find the best possible location.
How long does it take to get a location open?
After the Franchise agreement is signed and franchise fee collected the most time consuming piece is finding a great location. Once the location is in your posetion, it typically takes 60 to 90 days before opening. The average time line from signing to opening is 12 – 18 months.
Do I need prior business experience?
No, just a willingness to be taught.
Do franchisee’s have a protected territory?
Yes, once a territory is established no one will have the right to open a Cutters Point in your territory.
What is the term of the franchise agreement?
The franchise term is ten (10) years.
